Welcome to cm2bet. By accessing, registering, or using any part of the cm2bet platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and cm2bet ("Platform", "we", or "the company"). If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are advised not to use our platform.

Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.

To register and use cm2bet services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 21 years old on the date of registration. cm2bet enforces a zero-tolerance policy on underage membership.
• You are a citizen or permanent resident of Malaysia, or are located in a jurisdiction where the use of online betting services is legally permitted.
• You are registering in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not been declared bankrupt or are undergoing bankruptcy proceedings at the time of registration.
• The account you register is for your personal use only and not for any commercial or business purpose without written consent from cm2bet.
• You do not have any other active cm2bet account — each user is only permitted to hold one account only.

Cm2bet reserves the right to reject registration applications or close existing accounts if eligibility requirements are found to be unmet, without any obligation to provide reasons to the applicant or member concerned.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Your full name, phone number, email address, and other personal details must be truthful and verifiable. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these terms.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account username and password. cm2bet recommends the following security measures:

• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols — at least eight characters long.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account settings for an additional layer of protection.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared device.
• Contact the cm2bet support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

All activities carried out through your account are your sole responsibility. cm2bet is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

Cm2bet supports a wide range of payment methods suited for users in Malaysia, including FPX, DuitNow QR, online bank transfers, and e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet. All transactions are processed through an integrated payment system protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit Requirements:

• The minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method in your own name — cm2bet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• Successful deposits are processed within 30 seconds to 5 minutes depending on the payment method used.
• Cm2bet does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges.

Withdrawal Requirements:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business hours for standard accounts, and under 30 minutes for VIP members.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account under the same name as your cm2bet account registration.
• Cm2bet reserves the right to request supporting documentation (such as bank statements or proof of identity) before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• If the bonus balance has not yet met the wagering requirement, cash withdrawals cannot be processed until that requirement is fulfilled.

Cm2bet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members as a token of appreciation for their loyalty. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements stated in each offer. The following general terms apply to all bonus types:

• Each bonus carries its own wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal can be made. This requirement is clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.
• The welcome bonus is eligible to be claimed once only by each new player making their first deposit.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash — they must first be used to play eligible games.
• Cm2bet reserves the right to void bonuses and associated wins if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or attempts to exploit the bonus system.

• Cm2bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games available on the cm2bet platform — including slots, live casino, table games, sports betting, and fish shooting — are powered by a random number generator (RNG) that has been independently certified and audited to ensure complete fairness and randomness.

• The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are clearly displayed in the game interface before you begin a session.
• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed once a round is complete, unless there is clear technical evidence of a system error.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, cm2bet will resolve the matter based on system logs and the last valid result recorded in our database.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any tools that assist in making betting decisions automatically is strictly prohibited.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing — cm2bet provides game guides in the help section of the platform.

For live casino games, players are also required to follow dealer instructions and observe proper game etiquette. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour during a live casino session may result in the player being removed from the table.

Cm2bet platform users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in permanent account suspension or closure, as well as legal action where applicable:

• Identity Fraud: Registering using a false identity, using another person's identification documents, or impersonating someone else in any way.
• Money Laundering: Using the cm2bet platform as a channel for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
• Collusion & Fraud: Colluding with other players to cheat the system, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, or exploiting weaknesses in the promotions system.
• System Intrusion: Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's security systems in any way.
• Unauthorised Commercial Use: Reselling account access or providing betting services based on your cm2bet account to third parties.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, cm2bet, its directors, employees, agents, and business partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from technical disruptions, server failures, or network issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Betting losses incurred by the player while using the platform — betting is a risk-based activity and players knowingly accept this risk.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Actions or omissions by third parties including game providers, payment processors, or other service providers.

Accordingly, the maximum total liability of cm2bet to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

You may close your cm2bet account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, ensure all pending withdrawal requests have been processed and there are no active bonus balances that will be forfeited.

Cm2bet reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms in this document or other cm2bet policies.
• Evidence or suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no login activity or transactions.

Cm2bet reserves the right to amend, update, or modify any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via in-platform notifications or email at least 7 days before taking effect, unless the changes are required for urgent legal or security reasons.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law, and any disputes arising in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration or a competent court under the relevant jurisdiction.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remainder of the agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
